What’s the budget for the Wheel of Time series?
The budget for Season 1 of The Wheel of Time series is estimated to be $100 million US dollars.
For filming in the Czech Republic alone, WoTseries.com reports that Amazon Prime Studios spent approximately $91 million US dollars. But that figure does not include filming in other locations, such as Tenerife, Croatia, Spain, and Slovenia.
And it does not include post-production costs, visual effects, and crew costs.
What’s the Wheel of Time budget per episode?
The Wheel of Time budget per episode for Season One is about $12.5 million US dollars per episode.
Looking at the numbers above, dividing the budget of $100 million by 8 episodes, that works out to be $12.5 million dollars per episode.
